- To develop an understanding of the global competitive circumstances and contextual differences of CEEC.
- To develop conceptual apparatus for the appraisal and formulation of international competitive and cooperative strategies in emerging markets.
- To provide practice of how foreign firms add value following foreign direct investment, of venture capital in emerging markets, and of business-government relations.
- To provide practice in the application of various tools of strategic thinking, analysis and communication in the area of international strategic management.
